At least nine to 12 months is needed to prepare for marriage. If either individual has been previously married and divorced, considerably more time may be required. Do NOT set the wedding date be-fore meeting with Elvia Acevedo. There is a required marriage formation class for engaged couples. Must be registered members of the parish.

Volunteer married couples offer their time and experience to help prepare engaged couples for marriage. With the aid of the provided training materials and surveys taken by the engaged couples, together, the couples meet and discuss important issues that may arise in their marriage.
